All sales are final. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused services. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchases.

No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This includes:

  • One-time search packages (5 additional searches for $2.99)
  • Monthly unlimited subscriptions ($8.99/month)
  • Any partial months of service
  • Unused searches or subscription time

Subscription Cancellation

How Cancellation Works:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation stops future billing immediately
  • You keep full access until your current period ends
  • No refund is provided for the current billing period

Example Scenarios:

Scenario: You subscribe on January 15th and cancel on January 20th
Result: You keep unlimited access until February 15th, no refund for January

Scenario: You subscribe on March 1st and cancel on March 31st
Result: You keep unlimited access until April 1st, no refund for March

Why No Refunds?

Our no-refund policy exists because:

  • We provide immediate access to digital services
  • Search results and data are delivered instantly
  • Our costs are incurred when providing the service
  • We offer free searches initially so you can try before purchasing

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe:

  • Charges appear immediately on your statement
  • One-time purchases are charged once
  • Subscriptions are charged monthly until cancelled
  • You can cancel subscriptions at any time to stop future charges

Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems:

  • Contact our support team immediately
  • We'll work to resolve issues promptly
  • We may provide additional searches if the issue was on our end
  • Refunds are still not available, but we'll make it right

Chargebacks

Warning: Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension and loss of access to all services and data.
